Dolores Cannon’s method of hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique ^SM (QHHT®) involves guiding an individual into a very deep state of relaxation through visualizations.  A state which under ordinary circumstances is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you fall asleep.  With that being said, it is important for you to know that all hypnosis is self hypnosis.  I am simply the facilitator.  It is nothing more than deep relaxation.

Through this process, my clients are able to communicate with their Higher Self to access healing within the quantum field.  ALL healing is self-healing.

Your QHHT session includes: an interview.  By talking and taking time to get acquainted.  We will also discuss your reason for having the session, concerns and questions, including anything about family, job, relationships, your soul’s purpose, etc.

Next you will be guided to a deeply relaxed state, including past life regression.  You will be assisted in connecting with your subconscious or Higher Self, Guides, Healing team to obtain the answers you are seeking.

The information you receive will be what your Higher Self is presenting as the most important for you at that time.  And finally a session review after your session.

Each session is recorded so that you are able to review the information at anytime in the future.

The Subconscious, or the Higher Self, is far above the level of the conscious mind, which is the part of ourselves we are aware of and use to interact with others on a personal level. We refer to this part as the Subconscious.
In a QHHT session, the process then goes on to call in your Subconscious, or “Higher Self” and communication is then established with the Subconscious. The Subconscious knows everything there is to know about an individual and the life they are living now. So, when your Subsconscious is called in, we can talk about your current life or the past life you just visited. Why you were shown that life, its purpose and its lessons.

Your Subconscious is then going to be asked the questions you brought to the session about your life. These questions also include the root cause around any area where healing is desired. Often this is the main reason someone comes for a session. Obtaining this information on your behalf is crucial to the healing aspect of the technique as it provides you with comfort, support and greater understanding in many different areas of your life. The Subconscious will only choose to share information that will only be of benefit to you right now.

During this part of the session, and for 3 days following the QHHT® session, as it is also very powerful with the healings continuing, it is essential for you to listen to the recording for at least the next 3 days after your session. Your voice, in this state, is at a high frequency and hearing it helps facilitate in your healing. You are not limited to only listening for 3 days however, many clients will continue to listen longer and then when moved to do so for some time.
The most common reason that healing doesn’t occur is that the client doesn’t truly believe it can happen and the issue remains. However, many healings have been reported to practitioners.

So, 98% of what happens regarding change in your health or any area of your life is up to you! If you continue to say, think and do your old patterns, whatever change or progress you made with the session will revert back to the way it was before your session.

Past Life Regression involves the individual being regressed and guided through an appropriate past life. As you enter a past life and see yourself in this different life, it is important that you observe as many details as possible. So much can be learned through this experience that will enable you to understand your current life and its current issues from a prospective that will bring you clarity. You will be guided from the first scene you view throughout the various periods of the life and eventually through to the death scene.

This process uses hypnosis to visit the “most appropriate time(s) and place(s) in your past that have had an impact on your current life. The past life the Subconscious chooses to show you is always relevant to the current life you are living now. This might be part of your past in this lifetime, but people often see past lives.

If you don’t believe in past lives or you are unsure, it’s okay to simply call these experiences a story that your mind gives you to help you understand the issues you are currently dealing with. By your knowing the when and the why something began, you can not only understand but heal and move on for your highest good.

Clients often think they are “making it all up”. That’s normal because imagination is the key to accessing information from the Subconscious. Hypnosis is a normal altered state of focused awareness. Just enjoy the experience and let your soul guide you.

Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) is a heart based and intention oriented method developed by Candace Craw-Goldman that promotes the idea of allowing energy healers to use all their skills and resources in service to their clients and as such is adaptable to the client’s needs, the practitioner’s skills and the situation at hand.

This advanced energy healing method allows for self-healing and spiritual growth done through a deep meditative state of hypnosis while focusing on intention, intuition, energy and heart connection. According to Candace, “BQH is quantum which can mean multidimensional, so healing may occur on all levels: Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.” This being said, this heart and energy based “regression” method allows for deep healing within the Quantum field.

This process is similar to being guided into a relaxed and focused state of awareness much like following a guided meditation. While not relying on specific scripts, it is adaptable to your situation in the “now” between the client and the practitioner. It also allows for remote healing.

The followwing are required for your online session:

. A space where you are alone without interruptions for 2-3 hours

. CORDED headset with a microphone that goes in front of our   mouth (instead of ear buds)

. Laptop, notepad or iPad

. Make sure you have the laptop, notepad or iPad plugged in with a splitter, if necessary, for your headset.

(Smartphones and wireless headphones and ear buds are not suitable)

Regardless of how far away you may be, distance is no barrier as online sessions enable you to have your session with the same results, while in the comfort of your own home and familiar surroundings without the expense of travel.

Each QHHT® and BQH session is confidential with QHHT being facilitated ONLY in person and in a private and safe environment.  Whereas a BQH session is done online in the comfort of your home.  Both are always supported with understanding, compassion and an open heart.

A full QHHT® session has 3 parts:  the pre-hypnosis interview (which is completely confidential), the hypnosis session, and the post-hypnosis review.  The hypnosis section takes around 2 hours.  So the length of the interview and review are what determine how long the session lasts.  A session commonly runs 3-5 hours.  When the session is completed, you will be brought out to a fully awake and alert state.  Generally, your experience will have been amazing and even life changing.  At this point we will discuss your experience.  Some people don’t remember anything while under hypnosis, so the post-hypnosis review can run a little longer in those cases.  However, most people are deeply relaxed and aware, rather than deeply relaxed and unaware.  Hypnosis is NOT sleep and you are NEVER unconscious.  You are in control as hypnosis merely provides suggestions at a very deep level.

Usually there is only one session and you will be asked to prepare a list of questions about anything from health, relationships, work, career or even your life purpose which can usually be covered during one single session.  QHHT® is designed to be a “one-on-done” process,  It is comprehensive and transformational.  It does not require follow ups. Only in very rare cases, does a client request another session and then it’s usually to get further insights about a particular matter.  However that’s the exception not the rule.

The hypnosis part of your session is recorded and  the recording will be sent to your email after the session.  You will be asked to listen to it for the next three days or longer for better integration, healing and understanding.  Please never listen to the recording while driving!
